Key Concepts

Deliveries

A delivery is the core unit of work in Delivami. Each delivery contains:

• Files - Your creative assets (images, videos, documents)
• Client - The person receiving the delivery
• Status - Current state (Draft, Sent, In Review, Approved, etc.)
• Feedback - Comments and approvals from the client

Projects and Folders

Organize your work with:

• Projects - Top-level containers for client work
• Folders - Group related deliveries within a project

Client Portal

When you send a delivery, the client receives a branded portal where they can:

• View all files in one place
• Leave comments on specific files
• Approve or request revisions
• Download approved files

The standard workflow follows these stages:

Payment Integration

Delivami integrates payments into the delivery flow:

1. Create Invoice - Generate an invoice for the delivery
2. Send to Client - Include payment link with delivery
3. Receive Payment - Client pays via MoMo or bank transfer
4. Track Status - Monitor payment in your dashboard
