Passkeys
Passwordless authentication for faster, secure sign-ins.
What are Passkeys?
Passkeys are a modern, secure way to sign in without passwords. Instead of typing a password, you use your device's biometrics (fingerprint, face recognition) or PIN for authentication.

Setting Up Passkeys
On Mobile (iOS/Android)
- Go to Settings > Security in the Delivami App.
- Click Add Passkey.
- Use Face ID, Touch ID, or your device PIN when prompted.
- Confirm the registration.
On Computer (Mac/Windows)
- Go to Settings > Security.
- Click Add Passkey.
- Choose your preferred method (Windows Hello, Touch ID on Mac, or a physical Security Key like YubiKey).
- Follow the system prompts to complete setup.

Using Passkeys
Once a passkey is registered:
- Go to the Delivami login screen.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Sign in with Passkey.
- Authenticate using your device's biometric sensor.
You can still use your standard password even if you have passkeys enabled. They serve as a more convenient alternative, not a mandatory replacement.
Managing Passkeys
Remove a Passkey
If you lose a device or want to revoke access:
- Go to Settings > Security.
- Locate the specific passkey in your list of registered devices.
- Click Remove and confirm.
