Custom Domains
White-label your client portal with a custom domain.
Overview
By default, your clients view their deliveries and invoices on a Delivami-branded URL (e.g., delivami.com/portal/abc). With the Pro and Studio plans, you can configure a custom domain (e.g., portal.yourbrand.com) to provide a completely white-labeled experience.
Configuring a Custom Domain
Step 1: Add Your Domain
- Navigate to Settings > Workspace > Custom Domain.
- Enter the subdomain you want to use (e.g.,
portal.myagency.com). - Click Add Domain. The system will generate specific DNS records for you to configure.
Step 2: Update Your DNS Records
Log into your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Route53) and add the following CNAME record provided by Delivami:

Step 3: Verification & SSL
Once your DNS records are updated, return to Delivami and click Verify. DNS propagation can take anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours.
Once verified, Delivami automatically provisions an SSL certificate for your custom domain, ensuring all client traffic remains fully encrypted.
Additional White-Labeling
When you use a custom domain, Delivami also removes all "Powered by Delivami" badging from:
- The Client Portal UI
- Automated Emails
- Invoices & Receipts
To further customize the portal, visit the Brand Kit settings to upload your custom logo and define your brand color palette.
