What are Add-Ons?
Sometimes you love your current plan, but you just need a little bit more of a specific resource. Instead of forcing you to upgrade to a much more expensive tier just to get a few extra Gigabytes of storage, Delivami offers Add-Ons.
Add-Ons allow you to customize your workspace à la carte.
Extra Storage
If you are a heavy video editor or photographer, you might chew through the base storage limits quickly.
- Cost: $2/month per additional 50GB.
- How to buy: Go to Settings > Billing & Plan, scroll down to Storage, and click Manage Storage. Use the slider to select how much extra space you need.
Extra Team Members
If you are on the Pro Plan (which includes 3 team seats), but you just hired a 4th freelancer for the summer, you can buy a single extra seat!
- Cost: $5/month per additional Team Member.
- How to buy: Go to Settings > Billing & Plan, scroll to Team Seats, and click Add Seat.
How Add-Ons are Billed
Add-ons are tied to your primary subscription cycle.
If you purchase 50GB of extra storage halfway through your billing month, you will be charged a prorated amount (e.g., $1) immediately to cover the rest of the month. Then, on your next renewal date, the full $2 will be added to your regular monthly invoice.
You can remove an Add-On at any time! If you finish a massive project and delete the files, you can simply slide your storage limit back down to save money next month.
