Sending Delivery Links

The Client Portal

Once you've uploaded your deliverables, it's time to share them. Delivami doesn't use email attachments; instead, it generates a beautiful, branded Client Portal.

Generating a Link

To share a project:

1. Open the Project.
2. Click the Share button in the top right.
3. A modal will appear with your unique Client Portal link.
4. Click Copy Link and paste it into an email, WhatsApp, or Slack message to your client.

Link Security & Expiration

You have total control over who can access your links:

• Password Protection: Toggle on a password requirement. Delivami will generate a secure PIN that the client must enter to view the project.
• Expiration Dates: Set the link to expire after a certain number of days or on a specific date. Once expired, the portal will show a "Link Expired" message.
• Download Restrictions: You can allow clients to view the files, but disable the download button until an invoice is paid or until you manually unlock it.

Email Broadcasts

Instead of copying the link manually, you can have Delivami email the client for you!

1. In the Share modal, click the Send via Email tab.
2. Draft a custom message (or use one of your saved templates).
3. Delivami will send a beautifully formatted email from our servers directly to the client's inbox, containing your custom message and a large, branded "View Project" button.

Tracking Engagement

Wondering if the client actually looked at the files you sent?

Check the Activity Log in the project dashboard. Delivami tracks:

• When the portal link is clicked.
• Which specific files the client viewed.
• When they downloaded a file or folder.
