How to cash out your wallet balance.
Accessing Your Funds
Once an invoice is paid and the funds have cleared into your Delivami Wallet, you can withdraw them immediately to your connected payout account.
Manual Withdrawals
- Go to Payouts in the main sidebar.
- Click Withdraw.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Select your preferred payout method.
- Click Confirm to initiate the transaction.
There are no fees for manual withdrawals! Delivami covers the standard transfer costs. However, depending on your bank, it may take 1-3 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Automatic Scheduled Payouts
If you are on the Pro or Studio plan, you don't need to manually withdraw your funds. You can set up an automatic sweep schedule!
- Navigate to Settings > Payout Account.
- Scroll down to Payout Schedule.
- Toggle on Enable Automatic Payouts.
- Choose your frequency:
- Daily: We will sweep your available balance every evening.
- Weekly: Choose a day (e.g., Every Friday) for a single weekly deposit.
- Monthly: Receive a single lump sum on the 1st of every month.
Settlement Timelines
When a client pays an invoice, the funds do not appear in your Available Balance immediately due to banking network processing times:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Take 2-5 business days to clear.
- Mobile Money Payments: Clear instantly or within 24 hours.
- Bank Transfers (ACH): Take 3-7 business days to clear.
You can always track the exact status of a specific payment in the Analytics tab or by clicking on the invoice details.
