Managing Folders
Organize your deliveries with folders.
Overview
Folders help you organize deliveries within projects. Use them to group related files and keep your projects structured.
Creating Folders
In a Project
- Open a project
- Click New Folder
- Enter folder name
- Press Enter or click Create
Folder Naming Tips
Use descriptive names that indicate:
- Stage (Draft, Final)
- Type (Raw, Edited)
- Category (Ceremony, Reception)

Moving Deliveries
- Select the delivery
- Click Move to Folder
- Choose destination folder
- Confirm
Drag and Drop
- Click and hold the delivery
- Drag to the target folder
- Drop to move

Rename Folder
- Right-click folder
- Select Rename
- Enter new name
- Save
Delete Folder
- Right-click folder
- Select Delete
- Choose action:
- Move contents to parent
- Delete all contents
- Cancel
Deleting a folder with deliveries moves those deliveries to the project root. They are not deleted.
Archive Folder
- Right-click folder
- Select Archive
- Folder is hidden but preserved
Nested Folders
Create sub-folders for deeper organization:

- Maximum depth: 5 levels
- Maximum folders per project: 100
Searching Folders
Use the search bar to find folders:
- Click the search icon
- Type folder name
- Results appear instantly
Best Practices
- Be consistent - Use the same naming convention across projects
- Number folders - Helps maintain order (01, 02, 03)
- Keep it simple - Don't over-nest folders
- Archive when done - Clean up completed phases
- Document structure - Add folder descriptions for team clarity
